I'm not sure if anyone is checking over the summer, but I'd love to hear about your journeys. Are you traveling? Are you reading? Are you having fun?
I've been hiking the Colorado Trail with my daughter. While we waited for snow to melt in the high country, we also took a trip to 5 national parks. The North Rim of the Grand Canyon is amazing...so is Arches National Park! Here are a couple of photos:
I've read 6 books so far, including "The Last Olympian" (which I finally finished!) and "Every Soul a Star," by Wendy Mass -- that was a gift from the book fair.
